Welcome to My Zen Sanctuary
I’m so grateful you’re here.

My name is Arzina—though in a profound moment of awakening, I was gifted the name Zen by my Higher Self. This name now guides both my personal journey and the heart of my healing practice, arZen Reiki – Shamanic Energy Medicine.

From the depths of dark nights of the soul to the blossoming of inner peace, my path has been one of healing, surrender, and spiritual transformation. A single, life-altering evening in the spring of 2015 became the catalyst for remembering who I truly am—beyond expectations, beyond conditioning.

That rebirth inspired the creation of this sanctuary: a sacred space where you’re invited to reconnect with your own inner healer, to walk in beauty, and to awaken to the light within.

Honouring My Maa

After all, it’s my Maa who has imbued me with her kindness, and her innocent inner beauty, who has planted the seeds of my Maternal Ancestral Healing on her 98th birthday, June 29th 2024, in the very fertile soil of the obvious reason that I am launching this website today.

To my beautiful loving Maa,
