My name is Arzina; my Higher Self prefers it as “Zen”. 

Following several prior years of going through a myriad of dark nights of the soul, one fine Spring evening in 2015, an incredibly magical lotus 🪷 flower blossomed in its own Divine timing, during A Course in Energy Mindfulness for Awakening Consciousness.

I will never forget that magical evening of April 7th 2015, when I had no idea at the time, what an incredibly life changing moment I would experience during my very first class with my teacher, when she guided us students through a profound meditation space, letting go of the logical, overthinking left brain, and dropping into the sacred depths of the heart space.

From that space of pure Source, unconditional love, the Seat of the Soul, we were to ask an absolutely life transformational question without engaging any analytical logic, or thoughts…

An incredibly life changing, mysterious, and the most precious question was: “Dear Subconscious Mind, what would you like me to call you?”

You guessed it!

With a soft whisper within the intuition of my Cosmic Quantum Field, above and beyond time and space, and within the depth of the core of my soul, a name was gracefully revealed.

“Zen”

My teacher then affirmed that this name would accompany me as my “Higher Self” for the rest of my life through ALL my journeys. That my Subconscious Mind would guide me to BE Zen, to live and breathe Zen, to receive, welcome, and embrace Zen, and to cherish and LOVE Zen.

And so, after a long decade of healing, awakening, and Spiritual transformation, I went through a rebirth, forsaking all of my childhood conditioning and old paradigms. Releasing all that no longer served me, and shedding the old versions of myself, with forgiveness, love, and gratitude.

As I shed my past identity, to take on an innate one, of "Zen" - of stillness and nothingness, of my sovereignty and strength, I was now aware, and remembered who I was, before the world told me who I "should" be.

A “NEW EVOLVED BEING” was intrinsically re-born with a new name, and ultimately, the birth of the name of my new holistic business.

As I am only a few hours from launching and birthing arZen Reiki website, tonight during the peak of the most powerful energies of the Full Moon and the Lunar Eclipse at approximately 8:34pm MST, I sit deep in my contemplation, reflecting upon how this website would absolutely not be complete without acknowledging my Beautiful Maa…

After all, it’s my Maa who has imbued me with her kindness, and her innocent inner beauty, who has planted the seeds of my Maternal Ancestral Healing on her 98th birthday, June 29th 2024, in the very fertile soil of the obvious reason that I am launching this website today.

To my beautiful loving Maa,
